  1. Only Pure Vegetarian Food is Allowed.
    Non-vegetarian food, liquor/drugs, smoking, and firecrackers are
    strictly prohibited on the premises.

  2. A copy of Aadhaar and, where applicable, MRO/Police permission must be submitted at the time of booking.

  3. Hall usage is permitted from 8:00 AM and must be vacated by 6:00 AM the next day. The hall must be cleaned and garbage/waste food removed before vacating. Overstay will incur additional charges.

  4. Power consumption will be charged at ₹________ per unit consumed (actual amount to be specified at booking).

  5. Users must use their own dustbins for garbage. Do not spill or dump waste in or around the premises. Waste or leftover food must not be dumped in washbasins or left behind in the hall.

  6. Tampering with electrical meters, switches, appliances, or the structure of the building is prohibited. Any damage caused will be charged based on the estimated cost of repairs.

  7. Obscene songs, dances, loud music, or any sound exceeding permitted decibel levels is not allowed. Any disturbance to the neighborhood may attract police action, and the Sindhi Panchayat will not be held responsible.

  8. Cooking on firewood is not permitted. Cooking is allowed only on gas stoves in the designated kitchen area.

  9. Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed inside the premises.

  10. Users must flush toilets before and after use, avoid water wastage, and ensure all taps are closed properly.

  11. The management reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time during the function and evict persons found violating rules.

  12. Users are responsible for their belongings and that of their guests. The management or its staff will not be liable for lost items. Users must ensure their guests do not permit entry of strangers.

  13. A penalty of ₹10,000 will be levied for violation of any terms and conditions.

  14. The management’s decision is final and binding. In case of dispute, the matter shall be subject to Visakhapatnam jurisdiction.
